Our founder, Hannah Feikema, has been behind the chair for 12 years and counting. She started her career as a blonding expert and has built a niche clientele that supported her vision of relocation and expansion. Alongside her husband, Jacob Flietstra, she packed up the life they knew for a dream in Eagle, Idaho. Before they even got settled, she wanted to bring her salon vision to life; knowing the Treasure Valley area needed a new, fresh take on traditional hair salon values. She saw a need for a laid-back, luxury experience that made you want to bring all of your friends to experience it. What was once a small suite style 4 chair salon in CA, quickly tuned into the most beautiful and modern 10 chair hair salon nestled in Meridian, Idaho…. so began ”The Blend Salon”. A space where you felt at home, but knew you were going to leave with the most trend-forward, beautiful hair you’ve ever had. Hannah is eager to grow her team and expand into educating up and coming hairstylists. Teaching them all about the importance of hospitality behind-the-chair and giving our clients a perfectly curated hair color/style to fit their needs.
